After about one month,today I start my experiments seriously.At the begining of the work I encountered some problems:
when I passage my cells they proliferate very well and after about 3 days they fill the flask,but when I culture them on the silicon many of them start to appoptosis and the rest of them dont stick the substrate well.
so after applying the stretch regime a few of them that stick begin to detach.
I think that this problems may be related to:
culture media
growth factor
using of cells in high passage
but I dont know that what growth factor is used for this purpose and in none of papers hint it.they use special medium and I think that in that medium there is growth factor!
now Im writting a plan for my thesis to take grant and I hope that I will find all of the material that I need for my experiments before my plan will be approved.
